No Win, No Fee

Claimant Law will appoint a solicitor from our panel to handle your claim. Your contract with them is a "Conditional Fee Agreement". This covers any legal costs - other potential costs are covered by a separate insurance policy. This policy covers your costs if your claim is unsuccessful - if you are successful the third party and their insurer pay all the costs involved.
