I would certainly have no reservations in recommending OnClaims to anyone

Following issues with my own insurance company failing to resolve a third party claim, I was given OnClaims’s number.

My first contact on ringing OnClaims Ltd was speaking to Hayley and I can only say from the outset, it was like a breath of fresh air!

Hayley was only too pleased to help; assuring me she would do all she could and whereupon she very calmly and professionally took down the relevant details required to set up a claim.

Hayley also advised that the service was without charge, which I must admit I was a little sceptical of, but once again she assured me that this was the service that OnClaims offered.

Throughout the process of dealing with OnClaims, unlike other companies, I have only needed to speak with one person, Hayley, who has dealt with my claim from start to finish and given me a very experienced, professional and personal service, with a positive approach throughout the entire time.

She has regularly kept me updated by phone and email throughout all stages of the claim, keeping me informed and advised the entire time.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received from OnClaims particularly that of Hayley… I cannot thank you enough for all your help and professionalism….thank you Hayley.

I would certainly have no reservations in recommending OnClaims to anyone, to provide an “outstanding” service in Insurance Claim handling.

Should I have the unfortunate need to make an Insurance claim in the future, I will certainly be contacting OnClaims before even thinking of contacting my own insurance company.
